Olive Tree is a creative content company that prides itself in writing fresh, brave and unique scripts and ideas for TV, film, digital media, and theatre.
We also believe in creating empowering projects for our local community and the importance of being inspired by, and inspiring, the place we live in.
The founder.
Yair Lotan returned to Israel after 15 years of acting on some of the most exciting TV, film, and theatre projects out there- from 24 (Fox), CSI (CBS), and Generation Kill (HBO), to OSLO (National Theatre, London) and Hostages (Netflix).
After learning from those experiences and completing his academic studies in Conflict Resolution he set out to build Olive Tree, where we aim to create and to collaborate with others in making exciting, brave, and influential content.
CREATIVE CONTENT
At Olive Tree we write moving and original scripted content for TV, film and digital media.
Our dramas like One More Day, thrillers like Condor, and thought provoking hosted shows like Barriers, bring a fresh approach that represents where we come from and our experience in the field.
We also create socially centered projects that aim to fill the needs of our local communities.
Whether it’s a Friday market or an interactive summer gallery, we believe all these need to be financially viable, bravely executed and fun.
